Payment is only accepted in USD through PayPal, Cash App, or Venmo.

You may not remove or crop out my signature from any image unless it is for use as an icon or avatar.

Credit must be given to the alias Cerious or my site upon reposting commissioned art; if reposting on Toyhouse, credit goes to Duskenvale.

You may not claim commissioned art as your own work. You have a right to the character(s) within the art and the personal showcasing of the art you paid for; however, you did not create the art.

As the artist, I retain the right to use commissioned work as example work and/or display commissioned artwork in my portfolio for future reference. However, if for any reason you do not want your commission to be displayed, please reach out to me, and I will most likely take it down.

Commissioned art may not be used for commercial purposes, including logos, store art, and commercial lineart, without requesting approval beforehand.

Commissioned art may be edited as long as credit is given to the base image and the edit does not violate previously stated terms.

If you decide to cancel your commission, a full refund is available up until the sketch is approved. After linework is started, a refund cannot be received unless the artist is unable to complete the work for any given reason.

Base pricing for commissions is non-negotiable. Discounts may be provided upon artist's discretion, but are by no means guaranteed.

I reserve the right to cancel any commission I am uncomfortable drawing, cannot draw, or am unable to finish due to external reasons. In all cases, should payment have been sent, it will be promptly refunded in full.

I do not have specified completion dates for commissions. A timeframe can be given if requested, but the length of a commission will depend on the place in the queue, the size of the commission, and external events. You will be alerted when a commission has been started, and progress is displayed as a checklist within the worklist cards.

USD commissions take priority over any alternative forms of payment (i.e., art trades, services, etc) even if the alternatively-paid commission was queued first.
